1. Appointments & Bookings:

  • All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
  • A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is confirmed.
  • For bridal and on-location services, advance booking is highly recommended.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking due to unavailability or other valid reasons.

2. Payments:

  • Service charges are to be paid in full either in advance or on the day of the appointment.
  • For bridal or event makeup, a non-refundable advance is required to confirm your slot.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Advance payments for bridal bookings are non-refundable but may be adjusted for a rescheduled date (based on availability).

4. Client Responsibility:

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.
  • Delays beyond 15 minutes may result in reduced service time or cancellation.
  • Please inform us in advance of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities.

  • No refund will be provided once the service is completed and accepted.
